what is Page File Usage, Physical Memory, Kernel Memory, Commit Charge??
this is in the Performance Tab of windows task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del). I have no idea what they mean.
The commit charge for my Lappy is 300m/2000m when idling and AVG Free is open. Is this a normal figure?

The page file usage is a cache saved to the hard disk (virtual memory).

    And yes, 300/2000 is normal.

    This goes into more detail.
