When I got my AW17r3 last December all I could get was an old W10 install that needed a bunch of updating. I had to reinstall today and pleased it's v1809 so I am pretty much ip to date.

Just tell me if your laptop came with Windows 10 Home or Pro and can hook you up to save you the hassle of updating. I have direct download links from the Dell ServersVasudev likes this. -

Dell Windows 10 Home 64-Bit Build 1809 English-US Official ISO
Once you download it, use Rufus v3.1 (not the latest version because the latest version has no support for Secure Boot) to make a bootable USB Flash Disk out of the ISO
When you first launch Rufus, it will ask you if you want to allow it to check for updates, select NO
Here is how you wanna configure the options in Rufus:

Thanks for the files. Why is it I had to boot into safe mode to delete the files once I was finished with them?

Just the iso. Any time I tried to delete it would say a program was using the file.

Make sure to unblock the file before unzipping it, if you don't know how or why are files blocked by default, see: "Are you sure you want to run this file?" [Yes or No]
