    Windows Update Don't Work

    red shield always there in my windows update... even if i click the "check for updates"... nothing happens, just reading...reading... and reading...!!!

    whats wrong with my vista? help please...!!!

    Undo the tweaks that you did. You posted this same question in Les's tweaks thread. Obviously one of the tweaks you applied has disabled windows update. Most likely you stopped the service it uses.

    Also this is the THIRD mesage you have posted about this including two new threads. Please don't double or triple post the same question in the forums.

    Make sure the Background Intelligent transfer service and windows update service is running
