    Windows Update Failed

    I received Error Code 78F when trying to install Powerpoint Viewer 2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2) update, I don't know any soultion to resolve the problem.

    reboot--check again. It may be the update is not needed, or that another file needs to be update first, or that two updates apply to some of the same files.

    Yep, as Gerry said, try it after a restart. Also I don't hope you try to access PowerPoint at sime time when you try to install this update :D
