Ok guys, I guess I'm the first to report on the Beta 1 that was released of Windows Vista. Unfortunately, they didnt release the name too far before teh Beta release, so all the Docs and Logo's say Windows codenamd Longhorn. I do like now the interface is. There is alot of 3d rendering, and the feel is like XP themes, but a bit upped a notch. The device drivers are excelent, as it installed my D-Link wireless card, where XP didnt automatically. Ill give more updates as i use it, but so far sooo good

Thanks for the feedback, I'm a little afraid to install it on my main machine. I'm also not sure how well the PM 1.2 will handle it.

Since the final release will be in 32 and 64 bit versions, what about the beta releases??

The Beta1 release is in 32 bit version, it is also striped down, so all the features arent currently present, but many of the graphical features are here. Ill post more later
