    Hey guys.

    This is my problem:
ive got a small hard drive that has vista + windows 7 on it.
and i recently bought another hard drive that i want to move the windows 7 partition over to.
The first hard drive is a sata drive,
and i just plugged the second one (IDE) and formatted it with the *7* Disk Manager.
    both are NTFS

How would i go about cloning "just the windows 7 partition".
and would i be able to select this from the boot manager?

Just about any sufficiently good partition management software will do what you want. In particular, I've recently used Partition Master from Easeus to do some real partition juggling with (generally) good results. Partition Master is free for a personal, non-commercial license, and can be downloaded from this webpage.
