    Windows Vista Disruptive Shutdown

    As you guys can see, this happened almost everytime I shut down windows (Vista Business 32-bit). What could be the cause of it? So far nothing seems to be affected though.

    I used one of those "shutdown docklet" on Rocketdock. However I had always been using it and this issue only surface about 2 months ago. As of now my system seems unaffected but I do want to know what's causing it.
