Like the title says, i did a clean install of vista SP1 Ultimate and everthing is clean install, the only thing i did was install the drivers for the hardware and get online. Either Firefox or IE have this same problem that makes the CPU runs 100% and starts lagging . After the page finishes loading , everything went back to normal.

I did a virus scan with zone alarm and i couldn't find anything in it. As well as trying to clean install the windows vista 2 times and it seems not to work. Anybody have any information about this issue?
