I just bought a Dell inspiron 1521 and it came with the Vista Home Premium 32-bit version. I would like to upgrade to Vista Ultimate 64-bit edition. Im on newegg and I see a version that is labeled One user license for $341.99 and then the "System Builders" version for $179.99. What is the difference, and could I go with the System Builders version?

The system builders version, aka OEM, cannot be moved to another computer down the road. So if you buy that one, then in a year or two you buy a new computer, you are not allowed to install that copy of Vista onto th new computer.
