    Whenever I see windows updates, it always shows a percentage loading. Then it gets to 100% and says updates are ready to be installed. Why does it have to load the updates, and then install them with another countdown to 100%?

    It has to download the updates first, then install them.

    This one is solve all problem on your Computer and then download and install them on your computer . it's great !
