Hey I don't know if I have posted this in the right place but,
How do you make recovery discs on Windows Vista home basic?

Your computer likely came with software preinstalled by the manufacturer for this process. Refer to the user manual. This typically comes in lieu of physical recovery discs.

FYI, this is something that really should have been done when the computer was new... The user manuals always worn that making recovery discs once the OS is crapped up can be problematic. Hope for the best.
