If I have a genuine XP 32 bit PRO Product key is it gonna work with XP Pro 64 bit just like it would with Vista? The only thing is that I would have to activate it over the phone? or are they not intercompatible like Vista?

The keys for XP 64 bit aren't compatible with XP 32bit and vice versa.
