Has anyone ever heard of this cause I havent heard a word about it I guess its been out for awhile.

I believe the OS was a cut down version of the standard Windows XP OS. It was product that was released to compete mainly against Linux, as Microsoft believed they weren't competing, because upgrading to Windows XP was expensive for many older computers. It can only network with three other computer, I think, so it is limited on the networking front.

The proper name for it is called "Windows Fundamentals" and it was designed for very low end systems, but scalable for even the latest WinXP compatible games.

Yea basically that i was thinking about putting it on my Acer Aspire 3050 series laptop but i dont know how it will run or anything ive got a AMD Mobile Sempron processor 512mb of ram 40gb hard drive and Wireless internet built in i was on here with a problem of getting a new version of windows for it to be a genuine copy because right now ive got a pirated version i had to put on here when i wiped the hard drive. but then again im trying to figure out how to get Linux Ubuntu on here but im doing it with a different hard drive just incase something should go wrong and i wasnt having luck with that so i dont know.
