Google the Microsoft "Royale" theme. That is what comes with MCE. You should be able to find it quite easily.

If you'd like to have a nice amount of freedom in customizing your theme and don't want to put up with annoying resource-hogging third party programs, I'd suggest downloading a patched uxtheme.dll. After you patch this file (make sure to backup the original just in case) you will be able to download and install 3rd party visual styles and set them through desktop>>>properties>>>appearance>>>windows and buttons.

Try using google for a full guide, and deviantart.com has some great visual styles.

He doesn't want the MCE royale theme. He wants themes FOR his Windows MCE. Like Final_Spirit suggested, patch your uxtheme.dll and go to deviantart.com. Customize.org is another fairly good site with lots of stuff.
