    Hi guys, :)
I have a couple questions and I just wondered if you could help me out.

1). I was installing this old game and it got half-way through the installation and then had an error. I looked into my add/remove programs list and it was on the list. I tried to uninstall it but it had an error and says that it can not uninstall (an uninstall file cannot be found). I manually deleted all the files from this game from my hard-drive and all the shortcuts/icons etc. but I just wanted to know how I can manually remove it from the add/remove programs list (it's annoying).

2). When I was setting up XP I was unsure which drivers I would need and so downloaded all the drivers (from the Dell site, its a Dell computer), rather than just the ones I needed. Basically, I now want to go through and delete un-needed drivers ie. drivers that are not being used by any of my hardware, as they are taking up space on my very small hard-drive (20GB :D ). Is there any way of doing this?

    Thanks in advance.
    Peter. :)

    1) Finish installing the game and then uninstall it. You could not uninstall it from Add/Remove Programs because the game was not actually installed in the first place. To remove it from Add/Remove Programs list manually would involve editing the registry. Judging your computing experience from your post, it is best not to attempt this. You might accidentally delete something you should not and damage your XP.

    2) Just remove the folder to which you downloaded all drivers, because the ones that are used by XP will already have installed and you can safely remove the downloaded installer files from your HD.
