You will need to contact the manufacturer to get the discs. Also, check to make sure that there is no option to "burn the discs" yourself. Most laptops have a recovery program that lets to burn a single copy of restore DVDs.

We aren't going to discuss download options unless you want the thread closed.

Tippey, if I'm not mistaken download options would all be illegal. If you have the COA numbers on the bottom contact the manufacturers and get a disc made for the laptops. Works with Dell.

Thats cost's money i dont want to spend. I dont see how its illegal when i bought my vista machines they came with this " Upgrad your windows experience disc " which was basically a windows vista disc for every version so i could upgrade and buy a key online. Does it matter if i download the disc if i own the program.

It matters if you're downloading from a source that does not have a license to distribute copies of Microsoft's software to the public. It will also matter under your particular license which is almost certainly an OEM license, in which case, you didn't license the software from Microsoft, you sublicensed the software from the OEM that built the computer(s) you have, and they in turn licensed the software from Microsoft, including the right to distribute to the public under certain conditions (i.e., when someone buys one of their computers). If you use your key with a copy that you did not obtain from the OEM, you are almost certainly violating the terms of the license agreement you agreed to when you purchased the computers and the licenses.
