Hey guys... I have an HP DM3z and it run's Windows 7 64-bit. Unfortunately I want to run some old games that aren't compatible with 64-bit and Windows XP Mode is terribly slow for games.
Is there a way to install Windows XP on a partition for this computer? Any guides, etc.? Will all my driver's work? Thanks!

I assume you tried to run your games in compatibility mode? But if you want a new partition, you can use a third party tool, such as: http://download.cnet.com/Easeus-Partition-Master-Home-Edition/3000-2248_4-10863346.html
As for drivers, you'll need to find them. http://www.driverguide.com/ can really be useful. -
Doesn't run on 64-bit OSes.

Another option would be to download Ubuntu and burn it to a disk. Then, boot from the CD, and use Ubuntu's partition tools. -
Gparted is probably the best and it's free, but there is the inbuilt Windows partitioner too.

Be careful when you go to install XP. It may wipe out your 7 boot loader in the process. It can be restored via various means like the 7 repair tool on the DVD.
What kind of old games are you trying to play? I've run into a few with 16-bit installers that wouldn't work on 64-bit Windows, but the actual games themselves were ok. Some games have community-built updated installers. -
Try this. It's 64 bit and free. And I use a lot of Paragon software and found it all to be good.
