Does anyone know of any Windows XP themes that look like vista? Longhorn build 5203?

Google "vista transformation pack". Thats probably the most complete one out there.

Is it a good idea to install the Vista Transformation pack? I read on the other site it could screw up your pc and you would have to format to get rid of it.

I am asking before I install it.

    not worth it, imo...

    takes up resources.

if you don't care about that, then go for it.

I am trying out windowblinds for 60 days. You get a Vista theme with it and it's pretty cool.

Download the transformation pack and install it (nice Chobits theme loool). Anyway after you install it go into msconfig and delete the entry for Glass2k. Windows wont be transparent but it will be noticeably faster on a slower computer. As for performance hit there isnt much if at all. My desktop idles are around the same while my laptop was a little sluggish (Dell X1) before Glass2k was deleted but it was fine after.

p.s. Iv got to say that it looks REALLY REALLY nice lol.
