So I got a new seagate momentus xt from my brother and just installed windows 7 from digital rivers stock dvd download via usb. Everyone I start up the computer it loads the windows boot manager with two options: windows 7 and a recovered version. I have no issues with just loading the first one but I wish it would just go straight into windows. Is there any reason why the boot loader keeps coming up?

Check the boot tab in MSConfig.

Sorry for the delay in response, I've been busy at work, especially with this hurricane! I deleted the entry for the 2nd Win 7 entry and it's gone! Thanks.
