Really need some help here please,
I'm on Windows 8 and I wanted to do a fresh install, after doing so, when I turn the laptop on it comes up with this message and then keeps restarting the laptop with the same message, a boot loop.
My laptop is a Samsung 535U3C-A02UK,
It has no DVD drive so I can't install anything through there, I've tried recovery mode as well..
Is there anything else?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You will have to order some recovery cd/dvd from the manufacture and get a external UBS cd/dvd drive to reboot your HDD or SSD drive back to factory resets. Otherwise you will need to load Windows onto a USB memory stick and boot from that disk and reinstall the O/S from fresh. But we need to know was your O/S factory install or custom install? -

You need to enable CSM if applicable and disable Secure Boot. If you have done that already and you're getting the message still, then it could be a problem with your installation media and/or install files.
