Really need some help here please,
I'm on Windows 8 and I wanted to do a fresh install, after doing so, when I turn the laptop on it comes up with this message and then keeps restarting the laptop with the same message, a boot loop.

My laptop is a Samsung 535U3C-A02UK,

It has no DVD drive so I can't install anything through there, I've tried recovery mode as well..

    Is there anything else?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

You will have to order some recovery cd/dvd from the manufacture and get a external UBS cd/dvd drive to reboot your HDD or SSD drive back to factory resets. Otherwise you will need to load Windows onto a USB memory stick and boot from that disk and reinstall the O/S from fresh. But we need to know was your O/S factory install or custom install?

You need to enable CSM if applicable and disable Secure Boot. If you have done that already and you're getting the message still, then it could be a problem with your installation media and/or install files.
