Background info:
So a while back, I was getting further into tuning computers Windows etc, and during the time I was messing with BIOS, following UltraMales giant Windows Tweaks etc I ran into a problem where my laptop would get stuck in the logo screen.
I tourbleshooted it extensively, but the work around was a tap on the keyboard during the logo screen so I gave up and decided to live with it. The info about that is here; http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/exteremely-strange-boot-issue.828727/
Today I decided to try and find the problem again, and I discovered a device error.
Strange driver issue
Under hidden devices in device manager, I get Error 24 on the device;
PS/2 Compatible mouse with Hardware ID;
ACPI\VEN_MSNB&DEV_0001
ACPI\MSNB0001
*MSNB0001
Device Log:
Device ACPI\MSNB0001\4&358b57f5&0 had a problem starting.

This issue persisted through clean installations. I though there might actually be a hardware problem, so I opened the laptop up, and looked around extensively. The ribbon cables are not damaged, everything is plugged snuggly. No burnt fuses, or corroded pins anywhere. I broke a few clips and witness the ****ty paste job MSI shipped this laptop with and that is about it.
Edit: Sent this to MSI support, they suggested a BIOS reset. As you would expect it did nothing.
Windows driver error
