Recently after I log in, some startup services take 3 minutes to start.
I cannot opem "system" from the control panel for 3-4 minutes. After about 4 minutes, the rest of the services start, then everythin is OK.

Some of the services affected are, NHC, windows update checker, wireless logo.

Winamp, power meter, eject hardware buttons all come up normally without any delay.

This is in Xp pro. Any solutions ?
