    Hello,

I'm having a bit of a dilemma on a friend's computer. When he tries to print something through windows photo gallery the images seem to come out over exposed. When printing with any other program they look fine. He's using a cheap cannon mp470, but I know that's not the problem.

He told me the trouble started when he deliberately overexposed an image in photo gallery using the editing features. Ever since every photo has those same setting applied to it. How do I fix this issue?

    Thanks.

...phew... not that I would print via Photo Gallery - but check in the setup immediately before printing...

Else - check that the overexposure is "gone" in the exposure setting...

check the color profiles of the system. photo gallery is one of the few who actually respects that, and thus results in different looking prints (and displays pictures differently depending on the profiles, too)
