When I click on Either one of the photo gallery sites to view my pictures within about 5 seconds the sit crashes and I get the message about windows closing the program and notify me if a solution is available. I was checking Nero to see if there was a problem there that would cause the photo gallery to crash and Nero threw something back at me about interaction within nero caused by vp6dec.ax . I believe that is from On2 technologies. I'm lost. Hope someone can help.

Try cleaning out your registry with CCleaner

Also try re-installing Nero if you believe it is causing the errors

it seems it was the "Quicktime" codec that was not allowing the program to run. The lack of I should say. I deleted my K Lite codec package and then went to windows photo gallery and I was told I could not view any videos or such until I had the proper codec. The site actually guided me to the Quick Time Site where I dwnloaded the free quick time package and went back to Photo Gallery, opened the site and everything stayed stable.
