When I go to upload an image to a website that involves a window popping up where I can choose an image, if I double-click to open a folder, the computer thinks I want to upload the folder and it will say I'm uploading something like "F:\pictures.lnk". How do I get it to just open the folder instead of uploading it? When I right click it, the first/default option in bold says "Select" and then "Open" is listed below it in the menu. How would I go about changing it so the "Open" option is default when I double-click it? Thanks in advance for any help!

Have you tried uploading the image in several different browsers? It could be a problem with your current browser. Try using a different browser.

Thanks for the replies. For some reason now it's acting fine (on IE 8, which is the browser I use), even though I tried doing on the same website where it was acting up a few days ago. If it starts doing it again I'll have to get some screen recorder in case someone might know why it does that.
