It's probably a Microsoft driver for your GPU. Make sure you have the latest driver from LV2G, and do NOT install that update. Hide it.

Well, you gotta make sure you go through every update you download whether it be Windows update or any other. Take that as a general rule. I ran Apple update once, and as posted in this forum somewhere, Apple Safari web browser was offered as an *update*. I quite obviously steered away from it. Once, with windows update, I downloaded something bluetooth related... I was in a hurry, read something as a bluetooth update, downloaded it, and found my own bluetooth driver/software not functioning. I had to uninstall it/recover windows thereafter. So basically you should know well what you are downloading :) No matter what the source.... I know I won't repeat that mistake and will always read what the apparent *update* involves. And NEVER download anything from windows update that is hardware/driver related.... stick to the official drivers only. If something still pops up in WU like that, just hide that update.... the option is there for a reason :D
@ OP, I'm pleased you posted this before carelessly downloading it (as I would have before my own experiences).
