    Dear All,

I have a Dell 6400 and its original OS is Vista (Basic). Now I am trying to install XP on it. What I am doing is:

    1. insert Windows XP CD in the CR-ROM
    2. Restart computer
    3. Boot from CD
    4. Format C (which removes Windows Vista)
    5. Start installing Windows XP on C

A weird thing during installation is: when computer is copying files from installation CD to hard drive, there is one file that can not be copied, and the name of this file is " p2pgraph.dll ". So I just skipped the file and continued installation.

The installation seems to complete fine. However, when I try to connect to internet, it just won't work. ( I am using wireless, and my computer shows that it is connected).

Any idea? Thank you very much!

What I mean is, my wireless card shows that the computer is connected to the network, however when I run IE, it can not connect to anywhere.
