I recently turned UAC off, because I have RainMeter start on startup, and it wouldn't start it up because I had to run RainMeter as Administrator in order for my sysinfo app. to work. Since i turned UAC off, RainMeter starts up in Administrator which is fine, but now the security settings pop up everytime my PC is turned on saying UAC is off.
Is there a way to get rid of that notification or a way to have UAC enabled while RainMeter starts up as Administrator?
thanks in advance

Go to Security in your Control Panel and choose to Change the Way Security Center alerts me.

ah ty. didnt see that.
anyone know if the other way is possible too? jw. thanks -
Yes. Use Task Scheduler to run the program at login time: http://blogs.techrepublic.com.com/window-on-windows/?p=616

Ok. It doesn't work anymore.
Swarmer, when you start a new action(Figure F on your link)
Does it have to be a .msc from system32? I want a .exe to start(rainmeter).
Also, how do I undo w/e settings I have made in Task Scheduler? Because it says I have a folder with this name already.
EDIT: ok i found out how to delete it, jsut double click it and delete and i think i fixed it again -
Any executable should work, as I understand it.

Oh, I forgot to edit again that I solved the problem. Thanks.

Oh, great another thread with an absolutely meaningless title? Do you not realize that OTHER folks come here looking for help and browse through the message headers trying to find similar issues?

Lol...dude don't get your panties in a bunch. I'm fairly new to the forums...I have realized that my titles aren't appropriate. My future title threads will be relevant to my question/suggestion/comment or what ever.
Wondering...
