Is there a plugin that would allow me to save a page with all the links in it? So I can view it when I dont have internet.

Just take a page, file -> save page as, and specific a directory. It will save the .htm/.shtm/.asp/.php/etc. and all the pictures on that page to the specified folder

Saving the page will not save the other pages that it link to.

Back when FireFox was called Phoenix, there used to be an extension that somebody wrote called "spider crawler" or something "spider" I can't remember exactly. It would save a page and save all the pages that that page linked to. Is that what you're looking for?
