    hey guys well i am a gamer and i have one question....will my notebook run vista with no problems when it comes out? this is driving me crazy :mad:

    I believe there are a few posts around here that talk about the requirements of Vista. I highly recommend you check them out. I'm certain a search for vista will net quite a few topics. I'm almost certain there are a few on the Dell board.

    Microsoft.ca has a downloadable tool that determines whether Vista will run. Judging by your specs, though, it looks like it'll run without a hitch.

    Yeah I'm fairly certain that even GMA 900 can run the core components, and only Aero would be a problem on those machines. Basically if you have a 128mb, dx9 compatible gfx card (according to test) you'll be fine for aero. I'm good to go also.

    Definately nothing to worry about.
