I really love the way NHC displays the CPU temp and speed, but I honestly don't care for the program. Coretemp is a nice program for displaying my CPU temp but does not list speed.
I8KGUI is a nice app but I hate the way the icons look...to pixely.
Is there a program that pretty much only displays and monitors CPU temp and speed that displays it nice like NHC?

I actually did look at right mark but the speed icon was cut off and didn't look as good as the NHC.

And as far as sidebars, I don't use em. They seem to bog my startup time.

    1. Are all your display fonts using standard settings?

    2. The latest RMClock beta is here (but will time-bomb at the end of February, so another version should be expected within a few days).

I use Core Temp found at: http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/
You can minimize it to system tray and it has a few display options (ie. whether you want one or both core temps to be displayed, color, size, etc)

I will take a peek at that. I just love the way that NHC displays the frequency and temp cleanly in the tray.
    Thank you John.

I use Coretemp as well, nifty small program. Like I mentioned though, I would really like the frequency/speed displayed as well.

everest will show temps, clock and utilization for the cpu, ram and video card....its just not appealing to the eye at all.

    great application though.
