just curious, which problems are you having??

    r u talking about a dual boot w/ XP??

shouldn't be a problem. But you might end up taking Vista and not XP off :)

1- It won't slow down your PC
2- You'll be able to put things back

Like they've said, it won't be a problem.

You will need to first create a new partition on your drive (unless you have a spare one created). I used Gparted:
    http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&ct=r...Bav4GDAUXMWTtaq8A&sig2=wQGgI8zzm18lsviVtI8N-A
It is a very easy to use partition program, and it's FREE!

Then you will need to install XP. I've heard that if you install XP second, you will need to "Repair" Vista after doing so, in order to repair your boot files (to do this boot from your Vista DVD, and repair your installation)...but I'm not 100% sure b/c I had XP installed first, and then I installed Vista.

    Good luck!
