Ok, the problem is this, I have a processor that supports VT and I have ensured it's enabled in the BIOS. Yet when I try to use XP Mode it tells me that VT isnt enabled in the bios, but I know it is. What could be wrong? I am using the official 32bit RC from microsoft.

Nevermind, I have to disable one of the security features of VT in the BIOS.
