    hi, i have a Dell XPS M1210 with Windows XP Media Center Service Pack 2 with Update Rollup 2, i want to update it to Service Pack 3, is it free to upgrade? or do i have to purchase a new license for the Service Pack 3? is there a 30 days activation after the upgrade? i need help, thanks in advanced.. :)

    Your existing licence entitles you to the service pack.

    The easiest way to apply SP3 is to get the network install package (which is a complete stand-alone updater) and then run it. There is no new activation requirement.
