So i tweeked XTU to OC the videocard, however I can't fully load win 7. Win 7 will load up to the point of the login splash screen, however, my screen (gpu) doesn't display anything. I can get into safemode, however can't launch XTU, nor uninstall it.

What am i suposed to do? I've checked the startup apps to see if i can disable xtu on startup, however it's not in the list. All i have to do is somehow either uninstall or disable xtu to get back into win 7 normally, and then just reinstall xtu.

I believe under services it is listed as "intel extreme tuning Utility Service" in services with msconfig.exe.

    Fixed:

IXTU was keeping settings in the registry.
    --
In safe mode i created keys to allow win 7 to install/uninstall programs, and uninstalled IXTU.
From there, i searched regedit for every key had "xtreme" and deleted all; there's a particular lkey...something like: ibios2 <-that was the culprit
rebooted and unplugged the AC got back into windows, and reinstalled IXTU.
