Hi guys!
Since recently, an ESET support staff told me, to increase security, to put my win acc with normal user permissions, and create a new account, with admin permissions. Now, I need to change my "hosts" file, and whenever I want to save it, it says I don't have permission to save it ( yes, I have deleted that admin account, and I got my personal account with admin powers ). Still, I get that error that I can't save the file in that location, I don't have enough admin powers.
Please help!

This is expected behavior, even with administrator accounts. You can edit the hosts file by running Notepad as an administrator (right-clicking and selecting 'Run as administrator'), then open up the hosts file through there.

I agree... but another workaround is to save the file to a different location, such as your desktop, and then copy it over the other file in Explorer. This can be useful if you forgot to do "run as Administrator" when running Notepad.
