Just upgraded yesterday, and youtube videos have a habit of stuttering, which I've only noticed today.
I don't think it's a connection problem - the grey buffer line is usually full/way ahead of the play point.
RESMON shows ~15% usage and ~50% freq for CPU, and ~30% RAM usage...

Try downloading Flash 10.1, offsets lots of task to the GPU, and smooths things out too:

Beta. Don't try if you don't want to but it fixes most people's stuttering issues.

It seems to have sorted itsself out a little, possibly since upgrading display dirvers, rebooting the router and a few other things I did since the last vid I watched...
If it rears its ugly head again I might boldly go where lots of people have gone before and dl that. -
Beta doesn't mean evil. It just hasn't been through 100% of their testing yet. It's beta to a fully established product too, not like something entirely new.
