I'm thinking this is probably a familiar issue... but I'm having YouTube issues. As in the vid stops loading after loading a bit. This is not the 2 second bug, however.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Flash 10 plugins... no change. Any ideas?

And BTW... pretty sure the internet connection is not the problem... seems fairly fast.

What browser do you use? Have you tried another browser? That would probably be a good way to see if its your connection.

I have this problem from time to time. I usually just kill Firefox completely and then re-open it. Or does it never work properly?

It happens to me too, but I just let it be even if there is an error message on top of the browser window saying "firefox not responding", because after a few seconds though, all is well. I don't kill the process or restart firefox. It seems to resolve the 'hang' on its own.

Also, you might want to try using a different Firefox profile first.

I'm on Windows XP SP3, by the way.
It appears to be happening with all my browsers (Firefox, IE7, Chrome, Safari, Opera). On my testing video, it seems it actually does load more if you wait, but maybe gets stuck later; same thing. I just got IE to load the whole thing... but maybe Opera hasn't got it since I was loading them at the same time, I don't know.

Did that yesterday. I'm thinking it was a network issue. My hotel connection yesterday was a bit spotty, though definitely fast enough. I just loaded this YouTube video with seemingly no problem. Thanks, though! I'll post if anything else comes up.

What I would have said is - problem is on Youtubes side.

Some videos load very slowly, others load partially.

It can be youtube's fault - why, I don't know, I suspect number of people accessing one video file.

Alway check on a few other videos too, possibly of a different nature.
