    Ashampoo winoptimizer 4 is really good to clean out junk and registry and it works for vista.

    I vote ccleaner its much better ;) and lightweight.

    i 2nd cCleaner, using it myself, and since Vista is very much new and all, cCleaner (v1.36.430) does so far provide a solid performance in all of the offered functions
