i have been searching high and low and for the life of me i can not seem to find the info.

where can i find the info, or better yet, how can i go about REMOVING the date in the taskbar?

i found tons of links to edit/change the look or completely remove the time/date.

i want to keep the time, i just want to remove the date. any help is greatly appreciated.
    thanks.

Riight click on clock > Customize notification icons > Turm system icons on or off and there you can turn off the clock with no additional software needed.

 Windows System Clock does not show the DATE part on the task-bar, but via the pop-up when you hover it. Are you using a 3rd party utility for this?

    Screen shot?

    cheers ...
