    when acer lauch programs starts to install components of acer software

    its says acer empower technology work the best and in fact only with norton anti virus. is this true???

    because when i remove norton and all the components with norton remove tool, and install nod32 antivirus i get the blue screen that say there are software or hardware installed that may cause problems wit your pc.

    so my question is with other antivirus works with acer empower

    and a other question
    i try to make a recovery backup system on dvds
    when i the recovery process was almost compleet
    its said use a other dvd to make the last backup
    but the disc won't automatic open
    so i could't change disc
    and the button didn't function to open it.
    and also the harddisc could't be found on my pc
    it was dissapered
