hi, my hp verve dv25xxSE is a Windows Vista Home premium,
    and its aero compatible,

but i was wondering if i can get a certain theme off ultimate in a official way without using windowblinds or w/e, is there a way to download off microsoft?

there is a theme in ultimate in which i believe it is completely transparent, its like literally, clear glass,

anyone know how to get that theme on a windows premium without windowblinds or w/e theme programs?

I don't think that there is a software from microsoft that applies this kind of themes but you can check VistaGlazz.(I don't any thing that can be applied without a theme program)

It is also in the Free software sticky
