This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     adding shortcuts to all programs menu

    i just installed a program and i unchecked to add the shortcut to all programs menu in the start button by accident. now i want to add the program to the all programs menu. can anyone tell me how? im using vista btw.

    Find the directory you installed it to (probably C:/Program Files/"whatever the app was called")
    Then you should be able to drag-and-drop the application file onto the start menu.

    * I don't have vista, but that's how it worked in all windows versions since 95, so I'm assuming it's the same.
