    im trying windowblinds i like it but since i cannot buy it on a cd i prob wont get it since my parents wont let me use paypal or something to buy off the internet...anyways any similar programs like windowsblinds totaly free legal and no viruses? or some other sites to download some stuff?

    You can just use Vista Glazz or patch the files yourself, then download any theme off deviantart.com or customize.org. No 3rd party app. necessary

    That's the route I would (and do) take. Additional software is just bloat and slows down your computer.

    Most themes come with a readme file that provides instructions. If not, I believe you simply copy the theme to
    and open the .theme or .msstyles file.
