I know media center is only available on Home Premium and Ultimate, but can't we enable it on vista business?

Not sure if you can add it, but there are some good freeware apps to play DVD movies. Did you want to play movies?

Because Business was meant for business users. Most business people don't watch DVDs, at least according to Microsoft. Business has things Home Premium doesn't have, like BitLocker and Remote Desktop. There has to be trade-offs. Either upgrade to Ultimate, or downgrade to Home Premium.
