    are you guys also having trouble downloading google chrome?

    if i try to download google chrome I get this error:

    "We're sorry… but your computer or network may be sending automated queries. To protect our users, we can't process your request right now."

    Does anyone else seem to be getting it? I don't have any spyware or anything according to windows defender, and I just got the laptop today so it's brand new. Does anyone know what could be going on? Thanks

    It also does the same thing when I try to download google drive.

    try using another network, tethering from your smartphone network will most certainly work(for me), perhaps your network restricts such activity, also make sure the network you connected to is set as private to eliminate computer problems(and given that the computer is brand new, try cleaning the bloadware)

    network is my home network which has never had any issues until today. Do you mind trying to download chrome and see if you have an issue? Also, all bloatware has been removed.

    Now I'm getting "502. That’s an error.

    The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request.

    Please try again in 30 seconds. That’s all we know. "

    edit - looks like other people were having the same issues. Now it works fine.
