I have a couple computers connected to a router and cable modem. One of them works fine but the other regularly becomes unable to receive packets and I have to repeatedly clear the arpcache through the command line in order to get it to work. Does anyone know what is wrong and a more permanent solution? Thanks

Grump on the computer with the issue, what OS are you running? If you are on win 7 , are you using netsh or arp command to do the clearing manually?
