This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     . recommend FULL install (meaning CCC included)
    . no need to un.install first

    ATI drivers actually made it worse for me. My screen saver was corrupted on the bottom 2/3 of the screen, and I didn't even bother trying to game.

    If that has improved, please let me know...

    u might want to look somewhere else for the cause, i've been using ati driver since rc1 and see nothing but smooth performance

    Hmmm...to that I can only say this: it was fine immediately after installing Vista, and it was not fine after I installed my drivers. Nothing else had changed.

    However, at the time I downloaded RC2, ATI's RC1 drivers were the only ones up. That has apparently since changed, so I might give it another go.
