This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    back up recovery partition

    are there any software that can backup a hidden recovery partition in a laptop so it can recover it to a fresh new hard drive? or the usual such as norton ghost will do the job?

    norton, acronis or paragon should do the job

    just save the partition image so that you can restore it where you want.
