Does anyone know which one is the best? Preferably free but if it's really good I will probably buy it.

- Vista Snipping Tool

Fn + Print Screen (Prt Sc) + Microsoft Paint.
Free and no extra programs. -
I like snipping tools with yellow highlighter easier, I tried install many screen capture apps from time to time, I stick with snipping tools for being for while.
Fn + Print Screen (Prt Sc) + Microsoft Paint still little waste of time open MS paint after also can't resize anything but whole screen.
I put snipping tools in quick launch at the bottom of screen take me only 1 or 2 sec instant just like that.
